CTS Training was established as a private limited company and commenced trading in 1999. Over the last 14 years CTS diversified into a number of specialised programmes including those to support 16-18 year old NEETS , Classroom delivery for unemployed adults and delivery work based learning apprenticeships and supports local employers providing a suite of employment solution services.
CTS now has 4 branches across South Yorkshire offering a variety of courses. We are currently have delivery offices in Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster and due to our continued success CTS has opened an additional branch in Barnsley this year. Our Head office is also located in Sheffield and this is where our Work Based Learning Team is based for operations across the country.
Steve Holmes - Chief Executive Officer: "I started CTS Training over 10 years ago to help to get unemployed people back in to work and to help them to get extra skills and qualifications and therefore increase their employability and earning potential. I think this is especially important today with the economy the way it is, and unemployment being high, as the competition for jobs has never been tougher. We are also providing employers with trained and job ready staff, and aiding in the training of their existing staff through apprenticeships, this allows businesses to grow and prosper in these difficult times".
